The Mississauga Food Bank received a Cheque of $15,000 donation from the Rotary Ribfest funds.
The Rotary of Mississauga & Rotary of Mississauga West celebrated the successful outcomes of the Ribfest on Nov 8, 2022, at the UTM campus. After three years of COVID that allowed only a drive-throw Ribfest, the Ribfest of 2022 has been a walk-in event. It has been a fantastic event to connect the community with Rotary.
The Mississauga Food Bank received a cheque of $15,000 donation from the Ribfest funds on Nov 8. The attached photo shows the Mississauga Foodbank representative receiving the cheques for $15,000. Many thanks to the Rotarians who volunteered on September 23, 24 & 25th at the Erin Mills Town Centre. Also, thanks to several young students who volunteered at the Ribfest.
